About this dataset
Note: These are not official legal boundaries and are not to be used for any funding or population estimates. They are only meant for a visualization of general design guidelines (inside the boundary should be roads designed as urban, outside as rural).
These areas are built on the 2020 Census-designated urban areas and represent current urban areas in Virginia.
Block data from 2022 Tiger line data.
Population and Housing data from decennial 2020 census.
