Hampton Roads Military and Supporting Sites - Non-STRAHNET

This layer includes Non-STRAHNET Hampton Roads Military and Supporting Sites from the HRTPO Hampton Roads Military Transportation Needs Study. These include additional intermodal facilities and military sites beyond STRAHNET in the Hampton Roads region. STRAHNET is network of highways which are important to the United States’ strategic defense policy and which provide defense access, continuity and emergency capabilities for defense purposes.  STRAHNET connect over 200 important military installations and ports to the network within the United States.
