About this dataset
HRTPO staff annually prepares a report detailing average weekday traffic volumes for major roadways in Hampton Roads. This HRTPO Annual Roadway Performance Report also includes an analysis of roadway speed data collected by INRIX, and an analysis of peak period roadway congestion levels. This dataset reflects the traffic volumes and speed data included in this report for the year 2025.
