Metadata for Ecological Unusually Sensitive Areas (Eco USA)

Metadata for Ecological Unusually Sensitive Areas (Eco USAs). These are high consequence areas, as defined in 49 CFR § 195.450 and 195.6 (b) (1)-(5), representing areas unusually sensitive to long-term and permanent environmental damage in the event of a hazardous liquid pipeline accident. This data is only available to hazardous liquid pipeline operators for use in formulating their Integrity Management plans and regulators. Data representing Coastal Ecological USAs as defined in 49 CFR § 195.450 (b) (6)-(7) are mapped separately and available to the public.
