About this dataset
The National Bridge Inventory (NBI) tracks the status, location, and structural health of all bridges on public roads in the U.S. Transportation agencies use the NBI to monitor infrastructure health, prioritize repairs and replacements, allocate Federal funding, and ensure public safety through standardized inspections.
