This feature layer shows the locations and detailed information of the MS4 outfalls and Points of Discharge (POD) in Virginia. The data was last updated in June 2016. Detailed information of this layer includes the outfall ID, outfall type, shape, pipe width, etc. This data was meant to be shared with localities to improve the data accuracy and quality.
